1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;

13. Compensation

You agree to indemnify and protect KreditPro from loss against all claims, obligations (including statutory obligations and obligations to third parties), costs, expenses, fines, costs (including but not limited to legal fees on a full indemnity basis) ), compensation, decisions and/or losses suffered or incurred by KreditPro, including profits and opportunities (potential or actual) that can be taken from it or lost, due to or arising from:

1. your access to and/or use of the site, Site Content, Services, User Content, Third Party Content and our Third Party sites;
2. your connection to the site;
3. violation of the Terms of Use;
4. your violation of any rights of any other person or entity;
5. your breach of any statutory requirement, obligation or law; or
   the actions of any other party who can access and/or use the site, site content, services, site content, third party content and our third party sites by using a user id and/or login password.

14. Separation

If any terms or conditions in these Terms of Use in whole or in part are declared to any extent as invalid or unenforceable under the law or legal regulations, the terms or conditions or parts of it to such extent are deemed not to be part of the Terms- These Terms of Use and the enforceability of other terms and conditions in the Terms of Use will not be affected. KreditPro's failure to exercise or exercise any right or provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in such circumstances or any other circumstances.

15. Relations with the Parties

1. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an agency, partnership or joint venture between KreditPro and you and neither party has the authority to bind the other party in any way.
2. You may not establish a relationship in such a way as to indicate any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part when it does not exist. You may not establish a link to our site on any website that is not owned by you. Websites to which you link via links must comply with the Content Standards in all respects.
3. Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you link to any part of our site other than to the home page.
4. We reserve the right to withdraw link permissions without notice. If you wish to use the content on our site other than those specified above, please contact support@KreditPro.id.

16. Waiver

1. No waiver of any rights or remedies by KreditPro will take effect unless made in writing and signed by a valid proxy from KreditPro or KreditPro.
2. The negligence of KreditPro and/or KreditPro in exercising or using any rights granted to them by these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver or variation of those rights or apply so as to prohibit the exercise or use of such rights at one time or the next.

17. Third Party Rights

Except as expressly provided for in these Terms of Use or other agreements between us and you, any person or entity that is not a party to this Agreement does not have the right under any applicable law to demand the implementation of any provision of this Agreement, regardless of whether the person or entity has been identified by name, as a member of a class or as conforming to a particular description.

18. Forced Circumstances

1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Use if such failure is due to a Force Majeure Event (defined below), always provided that whenever possible, the affected party will continue to perform such obligations immediately after the Force Majeure Event causing the failure to cease or subside.
2. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, a “Forced Circumstance Event" is an event when a situation or event is beyond the reasonable control of a party that affects the general public in that party's country or territory, and which results in the party being unable to comply or perform obligations on time based on these Terms of Use. Such circumstances or events include industrial action or labor disputes, civil unrest, war or threat of war, criminal or terrorist acts, governmental acts or regulations, telecommunications or utility failures, power outages, fires, explosions, physical natural disasters, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, and non-functioning public transportation.
